My stay at Profilhotels Copenhagen Plaza had its ups and downs. The location right across from the main train station was a huge plus, making it easy to explore the city. However, I faced several issues with the room, such as inadequate lighting and no phone, which made my stay less comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful, but the service could’ve been better. Overall, I appreciated the character of the hotel but felt it needs some updates.
